Cleaning up:

Entering and editing transactions from over two months ago, and reconciling accounts that are more than two months behind.
Cleaning up is a project that varies in length and which could take anywhere from several weeks to several months until the books are up to date.

Bookkeeping:

Day-to-day functions such as entering transactions, processing payments, billing clients, reconciliation, producing & analyzing financial statements.
This service is flexible and depends on your business needs, as other functions can be added such as payroll, issuing 1099 forms and more.

Budgeting:

Creating a budget, implementing a tracking system, and producing & analyzing the budget vs actual reports.
This service has a higher cost when building the initial landscape, and a lower cost when maintaining the process.

Pricing:

All services start with an hourly rate until we can estimate the number of hours needed per month, or per project. Once this is agreed upon, we may then move on to a fixed monthly rate.
The hourly rate is calculated depending on the service needed and the complexity and size of the business, and it ranges between $40-$60 an hour. The initial hourly rate will be determined upon a 30 minutes consultation wherein additional information is gathered.
